I just wanted to share this excellent recipe. Its very easy to make, and you will enjoy it as much as our family has. If you have any question please contact me.
2 Tbs garlic
3 Tbs water
2 med carrots chopped
2 med crowns broccoli chopped
1 lb bag of mixed frozen peppers and onions ( save-a-lot )
2 med yellow zucchini and 1 green zucchini chopped
8 oz mushrooms
1 lb bag of chopped spinach (frozen)
9 Rice lasagna noodles
Sauté all the top ingredient in 3 tbs water and 2 tbs garlic until tender. Put cooked vegetables in colander and drain good, put in to bowl. Cook noodles until they expand.
12 oz mashed tofu
3 Tbs chiknish
3 Tbs veggie mayonnaise
Mix together. Put in with mixed vegetables mix. Add spaghetti sauce on bottom of pan, lay 3 noodles across. Then spread mixture lightly on top. Then add another layer of noodles on top. You should have three layers on top of the last layer, add sauce. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
